What to do if you've just injured yourself


If you have just injured your back or neck, there are some steps you should take.
 

  • Put ice on the tender area for a maximum of 20 minutes.

  • DO NOT leave ice on longer than 20 minutes at a time.

  • Repeat icing every 20 minutes as necessary.

  • If pain persists longer than 72 hours, please consult a doctor.
